Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: PreOrder Pickup by Appointment Only
Friday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Where to Find Us
We are located within Bishop’s Plaza, in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey.
Certain location apps show our bakery as being inside of Bishop’s Supermarket, the anchor tenant of the plaza. This is NOT accurate.
You can actually find us in between what used to be Rooted Yoga and Giovanni’s Pizza.

Our Ingredients
We are proud to use a wide range of clean, wholesome organic ingredients. Meaning, if we wouldn’t eat something in our organic home, we most certainly aren’t going to serve it to you!
This also means:
Out of the hundreds of ingredients we use, approximately ten are not organic (examples include sea salt and baking soda).
There are NO preservatives, additives or dough conditioners added to our baked goods, ever. In other words, NO industry standard chemicals, just pure organic food.
There are NO bioengineered food ingredients or genetically modified organisms in our pantry ever.
We do NOT use any shortenings or seed oils of any kind. Our only fats used are organic butter, heavy cream and olive oil in all of our baked goods.
We do not use any artificial food dyes of any kind, only organic powders that create colors naturally.
NONE of our baking, including our pumpkin pie, happens on aluminum foil or in aluminum pans.

Did you know that our menu changes every 6-8 weeks?
Don’t like blueberry? Are you looking for a German chocolate cake? If our menu doesn’t feature what you had in mind, just wait a few weeks. Chances are what you’re in the mood for will be back soon enough and you may just discover a new favorite while you wait!

Placing an order is easy
Our customer community means the world to us and we want to interact with you! That means no food delivery apps or impersonal order-taking tablet stations, just real humans that care about you and the organic food you want to eat.

Discounts
Military: Hopkins Baking Company is proud to be owned by a veteran of the United States Marine Corps (and his cake-loving wife). All treasured active military and military veterans will receive a 10% discount off of every purchase they make in our bakery. Enjoy, Bon Appetite and Oorah!
Delicious Dozen Discount: Customers that order twelve (12) identical full-sized treats (cookies, cupcakes, bars etc.) will receive a 10% discount off of their dozen purchase.
Cash: All customers paying with cash will receive a 3% discount. Please note - the bank will no longer give us pennies, which means we unfortunately can no longer give you pennies (we know, it’s kind of strange for us too). As such, all cash transaction totals will be rounded to the nearest nickel.

Sometimes in life the unexpected can happen in a moment’s notice. We are a very small, family owned company. While we try to give as much advanced notification as possible for any preplanned closures (even bakers need vacation), occasionally last-minute situations can force us to close our doors when we would normally be open (this is usually Mother Nature’s fault, but we don’t like to point fingers). Following us on social media is always recommended so we can stay connected with you. Not just for boring weather-related updates, but also for fun facts, the debut of scrumptious new menu items and upcoming bakery events.
Food Allergens and Gluten Free
As food lovers, our hearts feel deep sympathy for anyone that can’t enjoy the treats they crave. Customers with specific ingredient restrictions are encouraged to ask us about our offerings. We make everything ourselves completely from scratch, including all frostings and fillings, and take great pride in our organic ingredients. This means that we are knowledgeable and happy to discuss what ingredients we use in any given recipe. If we are not able to accommodate your specific needs, we will gladly recommend a bakery that might have what you are looking for.
While we try our best to have at least one gluten free option available, baking with organic ingredients is our main focus. Advanced orders are encouraged to guarantee availability for gluten free cakes, cupcakes and crumb cake.
